Maykin Ho is a biotechnology analyst and co-head of healthcare research at Goldman Sachs, the global investment banking and securities firm. She became a managing director in 1998 after six years with the company. Previously, she held various managerial positions in licensing, strategic planning, marketing, and research at DuPont-Merck Pharmaceuticals and DuPont De Nemours & Company.
Dr. Ho is a member of the American Association for Cancer Research, the American Association of Immunologists, and the Licensing Executive Society. She was named the First or Second Teamer for Biotechnology by Institutional Investor in 1995-2002. She was a postdoctoral fellow at the Pathology Department of Harvard Medical School from 1980 to 1982 and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
She received a B.S. and her doctoral degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center.
